What are the house rules?

• Check-in: After 3:30 PM

• Checkout: by 11:00 AM

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Pets are allowed

• Pets cannot be left in home unattended

• Pets are welcome! Our pet fee is $20/pet/night. If you are hopeless about your pups like us - just let us know and we'll send a special offer that includes the pup(s).

• Day Guests are permitted with advance notice. Max 2 Day guests. Fee is $10/person/day.

Can I have a fire?

All our cottages, except for the Skipper’s, have wood burning stoves inside. The Eagle’s Nest, Clam Cottage, Landing, and Boat House all have dedicated outdoor campfire areas for your enjoyment. Bundles of firewood can be purchased on-site for $9.00/bundle via cash or Venmo. Note: outdoor fires not allowed during burn bans.

What is in the kitchen?

All of our cottages have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Excluding the Skipper’s Quarters, all cottages also have an oven, stove top, and kitchen sink. Each has a selection of pots and pans, as well as plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware.
